TrustWork: workplace‑safety compliance platform
Training, legal documents, electronic signatures and invoicing for a safety consultancy — one platform in place of paper files
Training
Plans with the legal periodicity, sessions, a material library and self-scoring quizzes.
Legal documents
Employee files, collective tables and reports generated automatically from validated sessions.
Electronic signatures
One-time-code signatures for employees, a qualified electronic seal on official documents.
Billing
Invoices from completed sessions, online payment links and a sync with the accounting system.

The client
TrustWork is a Târgu Mureș consultancy, founded in 2008, that keeps client companies compliant with Romania’s workplace-safety and fire-prevention rules: risk assessments, training, inspections, site safety coordination, staff authorisations and technical supervision of lifting and pressure equipment. Its clients span healthcare, industry, construction, logistics and services — sectors where one missing training record can halt operations during an inspection.
The challenge
The law requires a file per employee, periodic training on a fixed schedule, signed sheets for every session and an auditable trail of all of it. TrustWork produced this by hand: paper folders per client, printed forms with wet signatures, spreadsheets to find expired training, invoices tallied manually. Every new client added administrative load and another place for a compliance gap to hide.
The platform had to replace all of it, hold up in front of inspectors, and pass a formal acceptance against 43 requirements within eight months.
What we did
We started from the regulations, not the screens: every document type, every role and every rule the platform had to encode, from training periodicity per domain to which signatures count in front of an inspector. Then we built two portals on one foundation.
TrustWork’s team plans training, runs sessions, generates the legal documents automatically and files them in a searchable digital archive. Client companies log into their own portal and see only their employees, documents and training status. Employees sign training sheets on their phone with a one-time code; official documents carry a qualified electronic seal. Quizzes score themselves, expiring documents trigger reminders, and completed sessions flow straight into invoices, payment links and the accounting system. Every trained worker gets a QR code an inspector can scan on site.
We delivered in six accepted milestones, trained the team on site on go-live day, and handed over the code and documentation with a 30-day hypercare period.
Results
- 43 of 43 tender requirements accepted at final acceptance, none partial or missing — several delivered beyond spec.
- Load-tested at 500 concurrent users: 193,078 requests, zero failures, typical response time under 100 ms against a 300 ms target.
- Live since 14 September 2026; the 30-day hypercare period closed with no critical defects open.
- Accessibility score of 98 — usable by non-technical workers on a phone, with no training.
- Paper folders, wet signatures and spreadsheets replaced by digital employee files, signed documents and a real-time compliance dashboard.

“Throughout the project, Moonly stood out for its attention to detail, reliability and commitment. The team was proactive, came with concrete proposals for improving our workflows and looked for solutions whenever challenges came up. I liked that they never started from “it can’t be done”, but tried to find a way to meet the project’s requirements.”
